the carbon outsole makes this shoe super light but still strong,. i feel like there is a fantastic power transfer its truly amazing how a shoe can change how you feel on a ride. there are two straps so if you pre clip your shoes in a race you get them on super fast. if you dont pre clip your shoes on bike you can still put it on fast do to the large heel pull. i dont where socks when i race so this shoe is perfect. i did a 117 mile ride in them with socks and i felt great i went for a run after. the last thing im going to say is that the ventilation is great.

I raced in 14 triathlons last year in these shoes, all without a single shoe issue. Easy on easy off, very comfortable but still has a stiff sole to transfer the power! The experts are a great value!

Triathlete who rides btw 170 and 200 miles per week. I train and race in these. These are the first shoes that do not give me hotspots. I replaced the red standard insole with the blue specialized footbed (needed a little more support). Have tried Sidi shoes, Scott and Bont and none were as comfy as these. Of course, important for triathletes, they are also very quick to get on and off.
