Rides like a rock but never gets a flat. I usually can put 5k to 8k before I get a flat. By that time the punctures start cutting through but the belting still holds up. I've had tread rip off from steel street plates but the steel banding holds up and no flat. If you don't like changing tubes this is the most bullet proof tire on the road, bar none.

I put 2600 miles on a rear wheel without issue or flats, mostly on smooth roads and bike paths. I probably could have gotten another 200+ miles out of it. Only minor show-through at 2600 miles. The flattening was even and pronounced but that is to be expected.Overall I was very happy with the durability and performance. The front has tons of wear left. I weigh 16o lbs.

Good quiet tire. Used to get 2-3 flats a month. Haven't gotten one since replacing old tire 6mo ago. Only down side is very difficult to change, but you won't have to often.

Great tire. I ride on sharp rock roads sometime as well as glass and no flats! Only time I got a flat was when a nail went thru the sidewall and out the other side. I was still able to put spare tube in and finish that ride. Had to put a panaracer tire on as a spare until I could get a new tire once and got 2 to 3 flats a week on same roads. It is a slow tire but so is fixen a flat.
