I have the 12-27T on my wheelset that gets used mostly for rollers and spring/fall commuting. It shifts quick and quiet. They've held up to hard shifts under power which doesn't sound nice but there are no broken or bent teeth! The majority of my summer miles are on an Ultegra 6700 12-25T cassette which shifts a bit smoother but sure makes the 5700 shine as a great bargain alternative.
