These little lights survived when the bike did not! The bike frame was broken and bent from the auto hit. The tail light lost its batteries but survived to bused on my current bike.

Every bike we own has a Superflash rear light on it and some version of the PlanetBike front light. If I had a suggestion, upgrade to the 1 Watt front light Superflash combo - that is a bright enough light to do light trails with a fresh set of batteries, let alone the most eye-catching strobe I've ever seen! Yeah, the front light's batteries don't last as long, but it's well worth it.
