Drop in to the world of mountain biking aboard Cannondale's Trail 29er 5. This big-wheeler uses Cannondale's famous large-diameter, thin-wall aluminum tubes to maximize stiffness and minimize weight so you can climb easily and maneuver quickly. And you'll roll over everything in your path thanks to the 29-inch wheels with WTB knobbies. A 100mm-travel SR Suntour suspension fork soaks up whatever the trail throws at you. Cannondale disc brakes provide serious stopping power, and the Shimano drivetrain offers smooth gear changes and easy pedaling no matter what terrain you're on.

After 15 years with a GT Saddleback this bike was A major upgrade for me. A pleasure to ride. I don't do anything technical anymore but this bike's smooth shifting, quiet riding and sweet handling has won my heart. The 29 inch wheels and light weight allow me to go further with less effort. Don't have anything bad to say !

Comments:
Great bike for its price however it has some cons. 1, the suspension travle is not enough. I find myself alwayse hitting the top of the suspension. 2, the bike is a little heavy but it's still strong and rugged. I love this bike. The bike looks fantastic overall I give it a 9.5/10
