For customers with unclaimed repairs, Freshbikes has partnered with Spokes, Etc and all bikes and repairs have been relocated to Spokes Etc - Alexandria.

For customers holding a valid Freshbikes Gift Card, while we regret to inform you that we can no longer honor Gift Cards, VeloConcepts has agreed to offer a 10-30% discount* (depending on gift card value) on any one item in their shop.

Spokes Etc. with five locations in the Northern VA area has agreed to work with Freshbikes customer’s to handle any existing and future warranty claims. Spokes has also agreed to honor all Freshbikes customer’s new bicycle purchase service agreements
