Beginning with the launch of this new website on April 15th, anyone who has spent $10,000+ on purchases with Freshbikes within one calendar year is automatically a member of our new Diplomat Club. Benefits listed below are valid through the current year and will extend until the end of the following calendar year. We’re honored to earn our best customers’ business, and we think Dilpomat Club is the perfect way to show our appreciation.
 
Diplomat Club members may come into any Freshikes location any time they like to take advantage of their rewards. They may present their Diplomat Club wallet card, or simply ask the store to verify their membership in our computer system. Access to this whole new level of service is quick and easy, just like it should be.

Benefits of Diplomatic Immunity

The small print...Please note that benefits apply only to the personal bike(s) of the registered Diplomat Club member and are not transferrable. Unfortunately, we cannot retro add members from purchases prior to April 15th, 2014.  Clearance bike or sale bike puchases with discounts of greater than 10% are excluded from certain club member amenities including the free Jerse and race/ride entry.

Diplomatic Immunity indeed.  First in line, ALWAYS.  Your repair will be ready within 24 hours for any type of routine service or maintenance required. Simply check in your bike as a Diplomat Club member with our Tech Department, and we’ll have it ready for you in 24 hours. note: Guarantee applies only when required parts are in stock at time of drop off. May not be available during our two promotional weekends in May and August.

All Diplomat Club members are invited to attend a Freshbikes Supported ride or race for free! We sponsor a wide variety of different types of events every year which club members may choose from. They run the gamut from the Reston Century to the Best Buddies Challenge to the Tachyno.

No one likes getting flat tires, but we want to make that little bit of unpleasantness as pleasant as possible. Club members may drop off their bike anytime you like for on-the-spot flat repair free of charge.  Tube charges apply
